is anyone else just insanely ADDICTED to sunflower seeds? ...still in the shell? I have a huge bag of spitz here.......seasoned flavor.......and it is so calming or relaxing or something to have them. is anyone else on ns addicted to sunflower seeds? what's YOUR favorite flavor?

well i use a spit cup. it's gross to leave shells all over the place unless you're just like outside or something

My coach eats sunflower seeds. ANd I put a ton of spices in his sunflower seed bag. Then when he ate them, he started coughing because it was really spicy.

yeah i love sunflower seeds, especially during baseball when i used to play.

Ranch is good
Regular is great
spicy is the BEST

Yah dud thats exactiolly whan i used to love them, becasue my parents would buy a big bag then I'd steal it and eat them all too myself... havent had them in a 4 or 5 years now tho.. hmmm maybe I should go buy a pack.
