Running with cleats

...ok this may seem random, but when i start running with my cleats on, my ankle ALWAYS rolls off to the side and it friggin hurts. anybody else have this problem/know anything that can help???

ok what sport and what cleats, either your spikes are too long or the ground is too hard

i forget what thats called but they make shoes to stop that from happening. I think i remember its called pronation or overpronation something like that

that happens to me when i run with cleats on like concrete n stuff, but thats just cause you're not suppose to run on concrete with cleats.

that used to happen 2 me wit my soccer cleats so i jus bought dif ones and it didnt do that
the moral of my stry is dif companys have df cleats some hav dif aranded spikes and some hove igger spikes then others

hah ^^ good call on the concrete... it depends on the sport ur playing.. make sure where ever u bought the cleat from actually knew what they were selling u..

i find that my ankles do that cause there is not alot of support in cleats, and cause they are raised so its easier to get unbalenced, its just like walking in heels (for girls)

yes inferno, i clearly can't walk or run, i'll work on that.

anyway, i have adidas soccer cleats but i play lacrosse so i probalby need different ones...thanks

if ur in grass it shouldnt matter... i think your ankles are weak and cant support you body when your not on the soles of your feet. try strengthening your calf muscle
