How does everyone train in the off season I tramp run and inline
well i mean i lift all year until i'm in football season... then once thats over i lift more... i do mostly lifting and balance boarding
Soccer, mountain bike, and just started lacrosse. Need to start weight lifting specially on my quads because the trainer says that what I'm doing on skis, my knees cannot keep up and are getting fucked up royally.
