I ask this question. Since ladies can take off their tops generally without caring about it, would our society be a bit less "Girls gone wild" Horny if women were alowed to go topless or if we were exposed to it more? Or would men still go nuts over a pair of breasts?

It is a dumb quesiton... what the hell was I thinking when i posted this? I mean, I dont even remember posting this... i read the title and i thought to myself "topless women, what an odd thread for me to make... it must be a copycat name... Boy was i wrong. "

ANyways, to answer my own question, we would simply get used to them. African tribes that spend thier lives topless dont go crazy over breasts (although, i admit they are pretty dropy..) but yah. Hooray, I answered my own question!

I would guess not, in spain they don't really care at all. Plus, that's not necessarily a good thing. You have to remember that these unihibiited girls then get old at some point too lol. So maybe our society is good in that way.

guys are attracted to breasts because of instinct. they are used to attract a mate. like lizards that turn colour and puff up and shit to attract mates or the big red ass on a baboon. it is used to grab the attention of a mate. it is thought that we judge the quality of the mate on the quality of the breasts. why we focus on breasts rather than the ass (like baboons, which are good judges-primates to humans and all) is because humans walk on two feet. this means that the ass isnt such a focal point (which i somewhat disagree on) and the breasts are front and center.

and of course horniness is instinct. our only point here is to produce offspring

There is just an attraction to them, I dont think anyone could give a really seriouse anwser to why the like them.

i really don't think it's much of an "instinct" because, breastfeeding is more distantly related to procreation than dicks are, and most girls are obsessed with penises... i think it's just because in our society tits are made to be scandalous... and the fact that a lot of girls get turned on when you play with the tats.... but either way. i still think it's kind of lame. if you like big boobs why don't you like fat girls? you know?

its the mystery that makes up most of the attraction. a man's desire to see bare breasts is not inate, but a product of the civilization in which he was raised. for example, there are many "primitave" tribes where shirts are not a part of everyday decor on teh women, and the men do not have a problem completing daily tasks. in strict islamic countries, the forbidden showing of any skin is enough to get a man all hot and bothered. if you look at the social dynamics on a nudist colony, you will see that the more socially adjusted to the naked form someone is, the less erogonous it becomes to them. not to say that it is still not beautiful, but it is no longer forbidden so the naughty aspect is gone. things outside social norms, that violate the folkways and mores that make up a social structure, will always excite people because of the forbidden nature of it. so, in answer to your question, i think that an influx in topless women would take away from the "girls gone wild horny" aspect of males in our society, but would not diminish the beauty of the female form.
