Hey I was lookin for new boots and i was wonderin what some of you guys wore. I will be doing a lot of jumping and some rails but I want a boot that won't fold in half when I initiate a turn. I like the Lange CRL80 FR and thoughts?
well i ride a 1080, i like it
'....a ninja skier probly came by and whacked him with his pole.... thats my guess' -nordas-
i have a 2 year old pair of 1080's used less than 10 days, size 26.5 if you're interested. I love 1080's, they're awesome.
I ski Killington
College passes are awesome
x-waves are the same exact boot as the 1080, but with a better liner. supposedly the 1080 has a shock absorbing heel, but i don't feel a difference.
lange fr's are probably the best you can get. Most people get 1080 because they're cheaper. Try on both to see which fits better.
'Duran Duran bought Armada, Armada bought Microsoft, Microsoft bought MSP and AOL, AOL owns Time4 which owns the MountainSportsMedia which owns SKi, Skiing and RIP Freeze... so Armada now owns McDonalds and Coke.
I would say Pro Models.
1080,Xwave,and Pro model are all the same boot with different liners.
the pro model has a good liner and the shock absorbing cussion under the liner
Thanks Guys. I found the Lange Fr's for $227 so I think I'll go with them.
All times are Eastern (-4)
