Yeah, that is the new 17inch w-i-d-e-s-c-r-e-e-n imac with the G4, i have it running 512 of ram. It's hella sweet and worth every penny, such an amazing computer that takes up so little space.

The two left flat panels are on my wintel computer, dual processor amd athlon with 1024 of ram.

I am running os x 10.2 on my imac, and I have been looking for some programs on it... Hint hint. Im me on AOL 'OZSkier'.

Rich, hardly. I just happen to work very long and hard for my money. Maybe if you got off your ass and worked and saved up you could afford nice things too. Just because I choose to save my money and buy things doesn't mean that I am rich. the things I don't like about macs are the one-button mouses and the way all windows and everything just hover around the screen and minimizing them still leaves the top part when with windows it goes down to the taskbar.

for right click you press (control + click mouse), i used to think that they suck cok'n'balls but i am taking an imaging class and we all have to use G4's and they are 1337 for running adobe programs, photoshop especially.. if you wanna have the best setup you need a mac and a pc, cause PC's are program running machines!

Actually Andy, it is very possible to have one of the new P4s running around 3GHz. And yes, Apple G4s are generally faster than a P4 at most things.

i posted a shot from wcpuid in the photos, under miscellaneous. go look for yourself. sorry i could only get 3104 tonight. the ram started crapping out at around 174mhz. oh well. it would post at 3150(18x175) but wouldnt boot into windows. this is with it at 1.85v core on my Abit IT7 Max motherboard.

ive had it up to 3204(18x178) before but i fried my corsiar 3000 stick of ram and now im working with this crucial crap. its very stable at stock speeds but doesnt like to be overclocked much.

The two panels to the left are running off my one WINTEL computer, the dual processor AMD. It has a dual monitor video card. The widescreen panel to the right is off my new imac. It's loaded. So, three panels, only two computers. Yes, the computers are for business. I design website and do IT consulting.

We have one of those in the multimedia lab here at Assumption, it has dual widescreen displays they just arent the HD Cinema ones, they are the Cinema ones from last year... Ghetto I know, ha.

Macs are better for graphics. Everyone who knows anything about the shit, know that. I still hate Macs but you can't deny their abilities. And if any of you haven't heard of Media 100....it's the dopest video editing software I've seen. I've got a buddy who runs that on his Mac....he does that Ski Northwest TV show....used to be Ski Washingtion. Anyway...it's so much better than Final Cut or Premier. You pay for it, but it's sick. You don't have to preview shit. The only thing that takes time is when you do your final rendering. Sick program.
