After dumping nearly 4 feet of snow over night, bringing storm totals to 7 feet, conditions were amazing at Alpine Meadows on St. Patrick’s day, March 17, 2012.
Here’s a little taste of what is was like at Alpine Meadows this morning. With 5-7 feet of snow predicted to fall by Sunday, hopefully this is just a sampling of what lies ahead in the days to come.
Powder Day! We’ve been hit with up to 15 inches of snow in the last 24 hours and it’s still coming down! Here are some photos from this morning at Alpine. It hasn’t really stopped snowing on the mountain since last Wednesday although it has been showery and light.
